I arrive in Calgary in the early 90's, right around the same time as Doug Flutie.  A job for National Geographic takes me away.  An urgent message brings me home. The Stampeders of that era become the model team, and of their stars becomes an unlikely acquaintance.  I just couldn't cheer for them.  I love the city of Calgary, but I just couldn't stand that Yahoo stuff.
